Maymanta

Maymanta is one of the few rooftops on the island, operating as a bar and restaurant and located within the Aguas de Ibiza Hotel. Serving Peruvian dishes, the restaurant is run by Omar Malpartida and is best to visit during golden hour with enough time to enjoy the sunset. When booking a table, make sure to request a table outside so you can enjoy the beauty of Santa Eularia. If you live close by, Maymanta can also be visited for drinks only before heading to out for further adventures.
