Brighton

Brighton is a small seaside town located on the southern coast of England and only 1 hour away by train from Central London. Although England has many stunning countryside escape spots, unfortunately most of them are at least 3-4 hours away from London. Therefore, Brighton is the perfect destination for those who want to get out of the city for a couple of hours. Take a long walk along the Brighton Pier, get some coffee and street food and enjoy the sun. Take the direct train from London Bridge, London Victoria or London Blackfriars or take the car for a slightly longer drive of about 1 1/2 hours.
