Created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, as part of the Major Food Group Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant located in the city’s South Beach. While known for its “Rigatoni A La Vodka”, guests may immerse themselves in a broad range of comforting Italian dishes, from various pasta to antipasti to share, as well as a bespoke Ceaser Salad that comes with its own security… On the downside, getting a table at Carbone is not as easy as enjoying their rigatoni, so make sure to book months in advance and lend a hand from one of the city’s prime concierges, if you can.
