Brigantine

Lily of the Valley’s beachside restaurant, Brigantine, is a showcase to all of Italy’s regions and their cuisines, from the North all the way to Sicily. Roughly a smooth 30-minute car ride from Saint Tropez, the restaurant is best for a calm seaside lunch (particularly in the off-season).

To die for: The ‘Mortadella’ pizza and the ‘Tartare di Pescato’.
