La Canonica Cooking School

La Canonica Cooking School provides guests with the opportunity to take part in the process of preparing authentic Italian dishes while getting to enjoy its tastes later that evening. Choose from a variety of classes including, ‘La Pasta Fresca Experience’, ‘Tuscan Meal Experience’, ‘Forgotten Flavour’, ‘Pizza experience’, or ‘Vegetarian Tuscany’. Led by one of the hotel’s executive chefs, the class is great for both learning new skills as well as meeting other fellow guests, all while immersing oneself in the sense of place.
