La Oliva
RestaurantKnown for its unnoticed location in Ibiza’s old town, La Oliva is a casual yet worth-visiting Mediterranean restaurant with Asian influence. In a narrow side street, you’ll find white table-clothed tables on La Oliva’s terrace – where you can enjoy anything from ‘Tuna Tataki’ to fresh fish off the grill. The ‘Courgette Carpaccio’ is equally a must-try.
Side note: Getting bookings can be rather challenging – as you’ll likely not reach anyone via their phone number nor Instagram (and the restaurant does not have its own website). If staying at a hotel or villa, make sure to reach out to your concierge for their local contacts to secure your table. Alternatively, stop by during your walk through the town and book the old-fashioned way!
