Matsuhisa Saint Tropez, located inside the notable Airelles Saint-Tropez, Château de la Messardière, serves classic Nobu-style hits with views over Ramatuelle and the Port de Saint Tropez. Surrounded by perfectly-cut Cypresses and an elegant setting, there are few other places we’d recommend enjoying some ‘Crispy Rice’ and ‘New Style Sashimi’. And, if you’re lucky, you might even witness the hotel’s drone show, organized several times throughout the summer.
