The newest addition to the Novikov Restaurant Group took over the former Michelin-star restaurant Asal, within Ibiza Gran Hotel. As ever, Novikov focuses on what he does best – Chinese and PanAsian cuisine in a contemporary, trendy setting, driving a vibrant and diverse collection of people.
