Salvaje, located on the bustling Calle de Velázquez, is an artful ‘dine & dance’ venue serving contemporary Japanese cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. The bar & restaurant is known for being able to transform itself into one of the most vibrant dinner clubs in Madrid, guaranteeing good vibes all around. Originally from Panama City, the venue is made up of the main dining area on the ground floor, as well as a lounge and club in the basement.

Top tip: Make sure to book the 9:30/10pm slot to experience the prime time and have the table open end!
