They don’t call it London’s most expensive restaurant for no reason. Located inside 45 Park Lane, Sushi Kanesaka is the ultimate omakase destination in England’s capital. Headed up by chef Shinji Kanesaka himself, Shinji brings his talents from Tokyo’s Ginza district, earning the first Michelin Star within seven months of opening. Ingredients are interchanged seasonally based on Japan’s time of year. In our very humble opinion, the 20-course omakase menu is best accompanied with traditional Japanese tea. However, if you’re in for a kick, try the Sake pairing. Dress to impress!
