Sylt

Sylt is an extraordinary island in northern Germany. It is known for its long beaches, dunes, beautiful nature and resorts. Although highly well-known in Germany, this island does not get enough credit internationally. The best months to visit are May through October with the hottest weather in July and August. Fly into Hamburg Airport and take a direct train from Hamburg Hbf or drive by car – both will take around 3-4 hours. If you’re lucky, some airlines fly directly to Sylt Airport. This island is like no other and will provide you with a different kind of vacation.
