Located inside Weißes Rössl, Zuma Kitzbühel is the first of its kind in the German-speaking area and is, what comes as no surprise, increasingly popular with both locals and tourists visiting town. Serving the classic ‘Z’ mix of Asian fusion, selected sushi, and robata grill, the bar & restaurant is the primary selection for a chic night out, arguably because of its monopolistic positioning. Reservations are recommended far in advance – the earlier the better. Open seasonally from December-April.
